I currently have El Capitan running on my Hackintosh and decided to try upgrading to Sierra.  Since my system reported itself as a MacPro3,1 I had to change that to MacPro5,1 using Clover Configurator.  I then had to manually patch my config.plist to patch the ECC memory check.  Once I did that I was able to download Sierra, but I'm running into a problem during the upgrade.

Tried the update and ran into a problem.  Upon reboot when I get to the Clover selector I see two Apple selections: Boot macOS Install from Hard Drive and the regular boot OS X from HD (el capitan).  If I select the Boot macOS Install I get the apple loader screen but then it kernel panic's with a message that reads: No HEPTs: CPUs not configured correctly

Any idea what could be wrong? Thankfully I can get back into El Capitan by selecting the second Apple boot option. I've attached my config.plist and DSDT file.

My system specs are as follows:

Motherboard: EVGA X58 SLI LE
Processor: Intel Core i7
Memory: 6GB RAM
Video Card: GTX 470
