Somez
Hi Everyone! I've been having this issue since El Capitan and now on Sierra as well. I'm just browsing with Safari and my screen suddenly freezes. Cursor is moving well and I can tell the machine is still running because when I'm listening to a music that does not stop. Does anyone have any idea where should I start looking? Which logs should I check and what should I look for? The issue cannot be replicated, it just happens randomly. My machine is a Lenovo T420 laptop with Intel HD3000 graphics. Thank you. Somez
just a guess try and update your safari and flash player. Hi bigben, My Safari is on the latest version and I don't have Flash installed. Update #1 I was trying to check the log in the Console application but did not see any errors. Is there any other place I should look for errors that might help?
