prohibited sign when booting sierra

My laptop is dell inspiron 15 3521

i follow this tutorial 

 

I get DMG of sierra developer preview edition

and install it on flash memory and then install clover and set the configuation as he mention on the video

then when i try to boot from it it gives me prohibted sign on black screen

any help

your cpu is bit slow for macos sierra, try mac book 2010 smbios settings in your config plist.

which on of the 6 items you mean?

because none of them is at year 2010

specs of your laptop is close to mac book 2009/10, try new 10.12 gm release, developers are buggy .

i choose 10.1 and 11.1 and 11.2 all show same wired repeated message

i try most of models in SMBIOS

some of them gives kernel panic others gives prohibted sign

and best of them shows the above message as in the image
