Dwarfy
You need to get rid of the Aptio problem, then the install will likely be much smoother. What UEFI/BIOS version do you have? Dwarfy
We just have to try different EFI drivers and UEFI/BIOS versions to get rid of the Aptio problem. Here is another EFI, try it. Dwarfy
Ok, did you try the first EFI I sent with the BIOS/UEFI you reverted to? cecekpawon
If related to SIP, you can try this option with latest rev of Clover until installation finish / able to reach the desktop. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/314014-having-issues-installing-10116-w-clover/#findComment-2263870 Share on other sites
AJbxfinest24
Ok, did you try the first EFI I sent with the BIOS/UEFI you reverted to? Didn't try that one yet. I'll give that a shot. If related to SIP, you can try this option with latest rev of Clover until installation finish / able to reach the desktop. Thank you cecekpawon. I'll try that suggestions well. Unfortunately i won't be home tonight due to work to test both suggestions. I will be able to try both suggestions tomorrow night and I will reply back with my findings. Thank you both for helping with this and i'll keep you posted. Dwarfy
Mem Map issues are very common with x99. Could also be related to that Broadwell-E is new. I don't know. But as far as I know, Aptio problems can only be fixed with BIOS/UEFI upgrade or the revert to an earlier version(s). Of course Aptio and memfix drivers can also help.
