Help in writing clover inject for my install?

Hi guys, 

I like to think I'm reasonably well rehearsed in how hacks work and clover and what not, but there is something thats simply gone way above my head and I can't wrap around it.

 

So... Ive got a Mac Pro 6,1 sys def. As a result, I need to have the AGDP fix found here http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/306732-macpro61-usb-fix-el-capitan-final-app-store-realease-updated-7-oct-2015/

 

In that thread, someone comments on 'patching it on the fly' and thats what I wouldn't mind implementing. I opened up the forum link that the person refers to understand it, but I just don't get it.

 

What Im hoping is someone gives me a step by step guide to do that exactly, or alternatively, write the code in this post, and ill copy/paste it into my config.plist (which should then work?)

 

Ive also tried getting that modified kext and installing it in the EFI/Kexts/10.11 but it does not seem to work unless something is off in my clover setup (this is alternatively another option I could get some help with). Ive got 'Inject kexts: YES' on my build but theres another option for 'detect'. Not sure if thats the solution.
