You can try ACPIBatteryManager.kext, but if this doesn't work, maybe will be necessary use ACPIBatteryManager + DSDT patches.

 

PS: For any modified kext work properly on El Capitan, you'll need disable S.I.P first, and install the kext, after that, rebuild the disk cache with this commands:

sudo -s
chmod -R 755 /Volumes/El Capitan/Library/Extensions
chown -R 0:0 /Volumes/El Capitan/Library/Extensions
touch /Volumes/El Capitan/System/Library/Extensions
kextcache -u /Volumes/El Capitan
exit

Change the "El Capitan" HDD name above, for your current HDD name.
