GT 610, dual monitor not working in Yosemite

Hello everybody,

I have this card attached to two monitors, one connected to the VGA port and one connected to the DVI port. They used to work fine in Mountain Lion, but as soon as I upgraded to Yosemite, the monitor connected to the DVI port stopped being recognised. Do you have any idea on how to fix this?

I'm running Clover with GraphicsEnabler enabled. I tried the NVidia retail drivers, but with them I get a black screen instead of the login screen.

Thanks.

I have the same issue. GT 730, one of the displays works just fine, the other one is very blurry!

I don't think that's the same issue. My display is not recognised, it's not blurry. I'd suggest opening a new thread.

You have to patch framebuffer to activate dvi.

Maybe a rollback of the kext will works.

Exactly, which kext should I rollback? Thank you for your help!

i don't know your GPU.

go to about this mac / System report or system information (i have mac os x in french)

it will open a window, go to Extensions.

it will list all extensions.

you have to see one of this as loaded kex:

AppleIntelFramebufferAzul

AppleIntelFramebufferCapri

AppleIntelBDWGraphicsFramebuffer

AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB

You can find usefull information here:

I just checked, and none of them is loaded. Are you sure I should have one of those kext loaded? I have an NVidia card, not an Intel one...

I have a Gigabyte GT610 2G and I am using Clover to boot El Capitan. I have almost the same as yours except that I have a working VGA but not HDMI. I observe the above from system log and I suspect that configuring Clover to recognize more display modes should work. Have you solved the problem? Any idea on this?
