Panda Stirling Posted March 12, 2015 Share Posted March 12, 2015 Hi, I have an Acer laptop and i want to hackintosh it So, i want to know if i can install OS X on it. I've heard i can't use GeForce 710M and i have to use HD 3000, but it have nVidia Optimus technology, so, i can't choose which GPU i want to use. Base, it's an UEFI Windows 8 OEM, but, i've deleted Windows 8, and use Legacy BIOS for install Windows 7. Panda Stirling Posted March 20, 2015 Author Share Posted March 20, 2015 But, how ? It have nVidia Optimus technology, it's automatic, so, i can't choose. I can't disable HD 3000. So, how can i disable Optimus ? And, can i dualboot OS X with Lubuntu 14.10 ? I really want OS X, but, it doesn't work only because Optimus. I don't know how can i use OS X on it.
