Guest avevxvx
The title says it. I got OS X 10.10.1 running on this mb And, yup. Couldn't get the sound. So, could anyone help me to get my sound working? Also, I'll be posting a tutorial soon EDIT: Specs: RAM 8GB 1068Mhz DDR3 (4x2GB) GRAPHICS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (1GB cache) CPU Intel Core i7 Extreme (AUTO OC) AUDIO Realtek® ALC889 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC (on the site) Also, I tried downloading the multi-patch-something file (contains all kexts for it), finding the audio kext, and installing it using Kext Utility, yet the audio works only on my USB headphones. -- bsevcenk Edited December 14, 2016 by avevxvx Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/304883-got-os-x-10101-running-on-an-asus-rampage-iii-extreme-except-the-sound/ Share on other sites
