What i have :

Sony vaio VPCEA46FG with radeon HD 5470 [not switchable]

Things i tried:

I cant get pass the PCI configuration begin message 

Tried all the common boot flags
Checked if my KEXTS has the device id in it and i succeeded in finding it.
Tried aticonfig=hoolock 


Can anyone Help me out of this ? I would love see the installation screen

Where should i put this ? Sysem/extensions. Or /extra/extensions. ??

Yureka you rock man i finally got past PCI configuration error, by installing the kext you provided .

 

But now im facing some other error related to USB i think.

 

Here is the screenshot attached.

what version are u trying to install ? how u prepare the image to boot ?

 

as u see ur hardware have several problems.. to run mac os x

 

and post all ur hardware specifications

Mine is a sony vaio  VPCEA46FG

 

Intel® Core™ i5-480M Processor

ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5470 Graphics

4GB ram

synaptics touchpad

 

 

Actually i am trying to install mountain lion

Downloaded ML made a bootable USB using ##### in Virtual Box

And im trying to boot with this USB drive

 

I have iatkos ML2 let me try making a USB out of it and will update the results

 

 

 

UPDATE: Finally i got to the installation screen by the iatkosml2 USB i created with no modifications to kexts, but i got to theinstallation screeen by using flags

 

-v -f GraphicsEnabler=No USBBusFix=Yes

 

So i thing the kexts of the original ML might be the problem causer . Now what should i do ?

Sorry, i didn't get you. How can i boot from the original OSX installer ? I hate Distros

I got into the installer and installed ML on my vaio . But now im getting a black screen after apple logo . When i use -v i can see i am stuck on pci config begin. But i can hear intro music
