Cool McCool Posted October 10, 2014 Share Posted October 10, 2014 I'm running Mavericks 10.9.5, and the computer can sleep and can restart, but it won't shut down completely. Its like it tries to shut down, the screen goes black, and the shutdown just hangs. Nothing on the screen, but the computer doesn't turn off. Any ideas what the problem is and how to fix it?
