The patch failed, attach the Terminal output.

Sir I am sorry I didn't use your command, I tried to mod the AppleHDAController manually, because I am using 10.11 now.

And here is my new ioreg file....

I saw some guys can make HDMI work in 10.11, and they said the way to make it work is same as in 10.10.

Hi Toleda,

first of all, thx for your great work.
Finally i've got the internal Mic working of the Alc 269 on my Acer Aspire E1-571
with AppleHDA-272.18.1-ALC269VB_v2.zip from Mirone and clover inject = Audio_ID/Layout_ID 3.
(with this HDMI-video does work)

After Mirone told me in Post #1656 to read this topic,

I tried to fix the HDMI using your [Guide]_HD4000-hdmi_audio_(dsdt_or_ssdt)_v2.pdf.zip.

But HDA- and HDMI-audio and video didn't work.

Could you tell me if there is any way to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

HDMI audio edits removed dsdt/GFX0, not repairable.

Use the working audio configuration (includes HDMI edits).

2 Choices (one or the other)

1. Try 0x01006601 Framebuffer:

Edit dsdt/GFX0/AAPL,ig-platform-id

Find:

0x03, 0x00, 0x66, 0x01

Replace

0x01, 0x00, 0x66, 0x01

Save and restart.

2. Edit Framebuffer 0x03006601:

AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleIntelFramebufferCapri

0x03006601

Find:

020500000004000007040000

Replace:

020500000008000006000000

Save, install and restart

Tried "Edit dsdt/GFX0/AAPL,ig-platform-id".

Results in a black screen, no video.

Working audio configuration is with different config.plist. (without the Framebuffer patches):

??

Attached dsdt has no HDMI audio edits, install Post #238/Toleda HDMI/Working audio with AppleHDA-272.18.1-ALC269VB_v2/DSDT.aml

Add Post #238 patch to config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KextsToPatch

Hi Toleda, i have a question:

I have an VT1802 codec sound and Iris pro 5200, i cannot get hdmi audio working :(

Do it need ddst like 4600, framebufferazul edit, and/or appleHDAController edits?

Yes. Yes. No.

Thanks, ill try :D

Edit: I did it

I had to edit framebufferAzul for 0x0A260006

Find: Port 0x6

020409000004000087000000

Replace:

020409000008000006000000

I have another problem now :<, the sound start going in and out, and after 2 sec it goes totally off.

Any ideas?

Edit2: Solved

I have changed framebuffer line from:

020409000008000006000000

to:

02040A000008000006000000

Everything appears to work perfect :)

Having trouble with HDMI audio using HD4600. I'm on El Capitan Beta 6. I've run the cloverALC command and added the SSDT to ACPI folder but still no HDMI audio sound. I have speaker sound. Here are my troubleshooting files.

ssdt was installed properly.  HD4600 HDMI audio requires Azul kext edits.  See Post #1/Requirements/2. Graphics/1. Intel HD Graphics/3. HD4600+ (Azul framebuffer edits required)/2. Clover (select config-hdmi-hd4600-100.plist)

Copy: Downlods/config-hdmi-hd4600-100.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KextsToPatch/Items 3 (10.10-Azul-Port_0x6-DP2HDMI)

Paste to EFI?Clover/config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KextsToPatch/

Restart.

FYI, AppleLPC is not loading; no native PM.  Install 9series/ssdt_lpc

Thanks Toleda! Working HDMI audio and PM. True Hackintosh Master!

I have a problem with HDMI audio, maybe someone can help me to solve it.

I had a GTS 450 and all working fine, inc HDMI audio. I update the GPU to GTX 960, installed the newest web driver and it seems to work fine, but no HDMI audio. If i reinstall GTS 450 audio works fine again. I've no DSDT installed. I've tried all i could find but nothing works
