RCOO
I've got an infrared receiver that works perfectly on Windows. The computer came with the remote and I'm able to control some Windows Media Center and XBMC. I'm trying to achieve the same on Mac OS X. However, it doesn't work. Drivers missing, for sure. I've got an ENE0200 (ENE CIR Receiver). Is there any way to make it work with OS X? Thanks! jamiethemorris
This is a really old post but you could try this, just adding your device and vendor id http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/11197-using-the-frontrow-apple-remote-controller/ I don't know if that's still the ir receiver kext since I'm not near my machine at the moment. If you can't get it to work, this thing looks cool, I'm planning on getting one of these along with an Apple remote. http://twistedmelon.com/mira/ I don't know if it works with the windows remote.
