Hello

FakeSMC: http://sourceforge.net/projects/hwsensors/

After create Extra folder in HDD and put org.chameleon and SMbios in Extra folder... create this files with Chameleon Wizard... just read more to undestand

installing hwsensor you install fakesmc too if check fakesmc option

Thanks for your patience my friend.

I have downloaded and installed HWMonitor but I cannot find any file called FakeSMC on the HDD.

I start Chameleon wizard and select under the CPU section' Generate P and C states and I then save this org.chameleon.Boot.plist file in a folder called Extras. When I click on the SMbios tab in the wizard it same SMBios.plist not found. I don't know what to do now. I also cannot see what you mean about fakesmc option.

Hello

I'll explain to you...

*Create Extra folder in HDD folder

*With Chameleon Wizard create org.chameleon... and SMbios(iMac 11,1)

*Enable P and C States in Chameleon Wizard and make this thing that allan advice you...

*Install FakeSMC(you installed and it's in S/L/E as allan said)

Just this my friend...

Perhaps I have not explained myself well. I have a fully working OSX installation. The only thing that I want to change is so it boots up from the HDD and I don't have to insert the USB stick, boot from that, then have to select Boot OSX from HDD.

Hello

Look... to boot with HDD and not with usb stick.

You need make post-installation, and post-installation was everything that i taught you at now…

Okay. I've managed to get it to boot from the HDD finally.

It works perfectly for about 60 seconds then the screen freezes. Is there any logs I can look at that can help see what the problem is?

Cheers

check your logs, open Console app, and save the system.log, and send me.

I've booted into OSX using my USB stick otherwise I would not be able to send you the system.log file but I don't know how to attach a file to this message. Can you help me?

Thanks Allan but when I try to upload it it says I am not permitted to upload this type of file.

it's okay. I've changed the name and have attached it Allan.

Oh. One thing you should know. The OSX system clock is one hour ahead of the correct time so if the log say 21:30 it means 20:30.

system.log.txt

For you not have error like this, compress the file before upload.

And about your freeze, open Kext Wizard app, and do that:

Sorry Allan but I don't understand. Is that in Chameleon Wizard?
