jamiethemorris
What other USB devices do you have plugged in? I've never had this problem in OS X, but in Arch Linux if I have either my game controller or my NI Maschine plugged in, it does this with the cursor... Just an idea. Zykloned
I have the same problem. I have two mouses. A4 Tech F4 - does not work. I can unplug everything but the mouse does not work, after click - left corner. Second mouse is some basic genius mouse and it is working perfectly. Weird is that both moses are usb wired mouses. Maniac10
I have this issue too, and it's definitely a show stopper as you can't do anything without a working mouse. I'll try screen sharing next time but I don't know if I'll be able to enable it without a mouse :S EDIT: I actually didn't need to enable screen sharing as I could get my magic trackpad to pair. The mouse is still resetting and the trackpad pointer is laggy at times but I suppose those are quite common for a first DP.

russjr08
I also appear to have this problem... It's very annoying. >_> Only happens every 30 seconds - a minute though. If I unplug the mouse, everything works perfectly again...
heyventrilo
According to that http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/132885/updated-to-osx-yosemite-on-mac-mini-mouse-problems is happening in a Mac Mini too, seems to be a Yosemite problem... hope to be fixed in next beta or with some kext...
Mysterio
I have this problem too. I have 2 mouses. The first is working, the second isn't. I tried to install all the USB and Mouse kexts from Mavericks, but it didn't work. It even doesn't work on installation. Any solutions?
audioslave74
Same problem here with two different Microsoft mouses: · Sculpt Comfort Mouse - Bluetooth · Wireless Mouse 5000 As heyventrilo said, it'a Yose's issue as it happened on macmini too. Do not hurry guys, Yose's still "under construction"... We must be thankful all of us that we did it on our hackos with this DP Preview! Solved! · Sculpt Comfort Mouse - Bluetooth (I had both mouses connected. When I disconnect Wireless Mouse 5000, the bluetooth one worked fine. Maybe it's an issue with wireless connections) P.S. Sculpt Comfort Mouse is paired with 3 OS (Mavericks - Yosemite - Ubuntu)
