Darwinian Dude
Yes it's possible. I have an external raid 0 enclosure with 2x 320gb drives. This 640 gb drive has a partition called 'Monster' containing 10.4.8, and a partition called 'Munchkin' for 10.5 (smaller partition) and a windows XP data partition called 'albuquerque' Works fine, as one would expect via the startupdisk panel, or holding option at startup.
