Shaneee
You need to copy the kernel from the installation media to the installed HDD using terminal from the installer. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/294170-installation-successful-but-cant-boot-to-mavericks/#findComment-1971285 Share on other sites
Shaneee
Having Snow Leopard will make it much easier. Just copy the kernel you used to install with to the root of the Mavericks partition. Also make sure you copy necessary kexts e.g. FakeSMC. Shaneee
Look for a program called Kext Wizard. You can install the kexts with that. It can also repair the permissions after. For you boot flags don't use maxmem also add GraphicsEnabler=Yes Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/294170-installation-successful-but-cant-boot-to-mavericks/#findComment-1971370 Share on other sites
