Mavericks - Cannot Get To USB Installer

Hi,
I've got an HP Envy 17 j053ea with the following spec:

Intel i7-4700MQ
12 GB Ram
Only USB 3.0 Ports
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M GPU 
Intel HD 4600 Onboard GPU
1TB HDD
Windows 8 x64

 

It seems that whatever method of creating a USB Installer for Mavericks I always get rebooted after "loading drivers...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................*************************" I've tried UEFI and Legacy, Pandora, Pandora with Clover and other USB installer builders with clover.

I tried iAtkos ML2 and got stuck at "creating partition" in Disk Utility.

 

Does anyone know why this keeps happening with every install attempt?
