kman12 Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 I have a z87-a, i5-4670k, and a gtx 770. I am having troubles booting niresh. I get a kernel panic. I have booted with many different flags. If anyone could shine some light on a way to fix this kernel panic that would be great. Thank you. joe_black Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 Don't use Niresh on your i5. Use iATKOS or retail ISO. You'll be much happier. WaldMeister Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 Hi, I prefer Niresh more than iAtkos, because Niresh did work on my Intel CPU, iAtkos did not. From core2duo and up, but it could have been my configurations. Retail is the best way to go like joe_black said. Anyway, back on topic, this kernel panic can be anything. Both, my motherboard has an option where it auto detects which it should use. should i put mach kernel from 10.8.5 in niresh? If you install latest Chameleon pkg onto your USB stick using a real mac, I guarantee it will boot on any non-Mac!
