I have a new mother baord H87-D3H and a working haswell build. My problem is that sound isn't working properly. If i'll install Voodoohda sound will work only if I'll remove the rear green jack and push it back in once per restart. Is there any way someone can help me edit my DSDT for a working sound injection?

Thanks

Hi,

For the DSDT edit to work, you will need a patched AppleHDA. If you have one, you need to figure out the layout id, and add this in the DSDT, after that, in theory, the sound should work.

Can you post the DSDT and AppleHDA, if any?

Thanks for the reply. After some reading to my understanding I don't need to edit my DSDT because my layout is 1.

Here it is anyway: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9kg4whijsbr6q8o/DSDT.aml

I tried a bunch of AppleHDA and none worked. I don't have any thing specific.

Hello,

I too have a Gigabyte GA-H87-D3H and I'm new to DSDT's and I keep getting compile errors. That link you provided to your DSDT, does it have compile errors?

Is it vanilla or did you add something to it? Can i use it on my system with no problems?

Thanks, Danz207
