MacMan16 Posted September 26, 2006 Share Posted September 26, 2006 Im trying to load a game on here (Dawn of War) and everytime i load up it says "Cannot intializa Video Card" How do I fix this? And has neone else got games working on their vista/bootcamp partition. MacMan16 Posted September 26, 2006 Author Share Posted September 26, 2006 i dont have xp, i did a solo vista install. And isnt the graphic card in the MBP and the imac the same? I both and they match up. Also I tried installing the ati drivers off the mac CD, could that be the problem? Swad Posted September 26, 2006 Share Posted September 26, 2006 Sorry, I forgot to welcome you here! So welcome! Well, at this point Vista isn't 100% supported by Boot Camp. It's possible to get it to work, but Apple hasn't released fully compatible drivers yet. I'd imagine they'll wait to do that until some time next year when Vista or Leopard is released, whichever is first. That would explain the error you're getting. It's likely that Vista just isn't working quite right yet.
