ergot Posted July 10, 2012 Share Posted July 10, 2012 I have installed DP4 on my SSD 120GB and noticed a very slow boot, about 90sec. the SSD is fast when using the OS only in boot it is very slow...what can be the problem? eep357 Posted July 10, 2012 Share Posted July 10, 2012 boot verbose with -v and see if there is a particular spot it hangs up or just slow overall. If your hanging at ioapci then rollback appleAPICPlatform.kext to version 1.3.5 from Snow Leopard.
