zzoott
Total newbie - and posting here to help Daughter 1 with a recent problem on her hp mini 210 hackintosh....as follows: A local fella in Cleveland turned an HP Mini 210 into a mac/pc for Daughter 1. Daughter 1 was updating her iTunes software, and it appears to have affected her mini (she's had it humming along wonderfully for the last 16 months). This is the best I can make of what she's seeing (pending daughter correcting any errors): npvhash=1095 PRE enabled 64 bit mode enabled Darwin Kernel Version 10.0.0: Tue June 7 16:33:36 PDT 2011: root:xnu-1504.15.3-1/RELEASE_1386 vm_page_bootstrap: 232010 free pages and 29326 wired pages standard timeslicing quantum is 10000 us mig_table_max_displ = 73 NullCPUPowerManagement::init: properties=0x5750ac0 NullCPUPowerManagement::start AppleACPICPU: Processor Id=1 LocalApicId=0 Enabled AppleACPICPU: Processor Id=2 LocalApicId=1 Enabled AppleACPICPU: Processor Id=3 LocalApicId=0 Disabled AppleACPICPU: Processor Id=4 LocalApicId=0 Disabled calling apo_policy_init for Quarantine Security policy loaded: Quarantine policy (Quarantine) calling apo_policy_init for Sandbox Security policy loaded: Seatbelt sandbox policy (Sandbox) calling apo_policy_init for THSafetyNet Security policy loaded: Safety net for Time Machine (INSafetyNet) Copyright © 1982, 1986, 1989, 1991, 1993 The Regents of the University of California. Foxic
Hi, welcome to the forum. Try booting with the following flags: -v npci=0x2000 If that doesn't work, try: -v npci=0x3000 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279297-help-with-a-mini-210-hackintosh/#findComment-1822622 Share on other sites
morgrujo
I am having a very similar issue, after having everything else almost totally configured, and re checking the installer USB I am using. IS this happening to you on an already installed disk which was UPDATED? or are you running an installer. This error is almost identical to mine. Very odd. I had switched to a 10.8 "rollback kext" , because i was getting an error for "appleacpiplatformexpert" now that seems fixed , however I get this more cryptic stuff you have listed aboveeeeeee Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279297-help-with-a-mini-210-hackintosh/#findComment-1984257 Share on other sites
