Hello ,

 

i am george from Greece and i want to install snow leopard on my laptop. I have a

 

acer aspire 5750g

i7 2630QM

4gb ram

nvidia geforce gt540m cuba 2gb

acer motherboard

 

i boot with ###### and then i insert a snow leopard retail dvd and boot with flag -v -x (it is the only one that goes me so far) and then it begins to write many thinks and after a few screens it says this last thinks very fast and then i have a black screen... Can you help me with my problem ?

i would be gratefoul if you do !

hi 5xx gt nvidia card for laptops is not yet supported for now with snow leopard and lion os x so try these flags -v GraphicsEnabler=no busratio=20 this should help u boot into the installation :)

 

This flag doesent help at all. I have the same problem...

 

it rebooting at "starting darwin x86", which means you are using the wrong kernel.

 

What must i do to solve this ?
