Do you have a DSDT? and any ####powermanagement.kext will disable speedstep. thats kinda what they do the voodootscsync fixes a time slicing issue with some c2d, I've only ever needed to use it on dell c2d T7200 without DSDT wait...P4? disable speedstep and run SL, not Lion. mihu_yo Posted March 29, 2012 Author Share Posted March 29, 2012 means that.....it's no way to use speedstep on this machine....? i have dsdt from osx86,exact for my laptop.....and freezing appers from nowhere....maybe an hour...maybe 10 minutes after i turn on,,,...when i reinstall mac....it's freeze.... an cheeper cpu that it's working speed step ?
