luke9511 Posted March 11, 2012 Share Posted March 11, 2012 hello everyone i have just installed 10.5.6 on a dell latitude d600 following this guide here http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=214728&st=0 but on boot i get a kernel panic of voodoo rtclock_init does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it? gabrielw6 Posted March 24, 2012 Share Posted March 24, 2012 hello, I think you'll need to patch your DSDT in your own...cause i think as LatinMcG try installing again or running -x -v -f in the startup with chameleon, it may get off te panic. You can also try to boot in single user mode (-s in chameleon boot screen) and fsck, and another alternative that is not difficult, try to install iatkos v7, that was an easy one in my dell latitude d520. I guess that if it works on a latitude d520(and its 10.5.7 natively) and everything works like a dream, i guess it will work on yours.
