Foxic
You should be able to run Lion without too many issues. Start off with Nawcoms ModCD and a Snow Leopard 10.6.3 retail disk. 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/276454-new-guy-in-town-lol/#findComment-1800966 Share on other sites

Foxic
You will be able to run Lion fine, but you need to start with Snow Leopard in order to create the Lion boot media as there is no 'Boot Disk' solution like there is for Snow Leopard. Foxic
Snow leopard 10.6.0-10.6.6 you will need a patched kernel. Snow leopard 10.6.7 & 10.6.8 you can use the default apple mach_kernel. Lion 10.7.0+ you can use the default apple mach_kernel.
