zedzed
During boot-up I get the following errors. I still get into MacOSX but am wondering if performance can be improved by eliminating these errors kextd[33]: kld_load_from_memory() failed for module /System/Library/Extensions/IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin.kext/ Contents/MacOS/ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugIn kextd[33]: a link/load error occured for kernel extension /System/Library/Extensions/IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin.kext/ kextd[40]: a link/load error occured for kernel extension /System/Library/Extensions/AppleMLANAudio.kext kextd[41]: a link/load error occured for kernel extension /System/Library/Extensions/AudiIPCDriver.kext Anyone else get these? asapreta
The SMC is another plataform (different from ACPI) and, but I'm not sure, can be removed from extensions folder to not be loaded during startup.
