osx 10.4.7 doesnt boots

i installed 10.4.7 jas osx installation went perfect. but when i boot osx for first time from os selector, loading screen wid apple logo came after which some vertical lines appeared and after that my screen turned off(laptop)

 

i am usinsg acer aspire 5672 WLMi

Intel Core duo 1.6ghz

ati mobility radeon x1600 with 256mb vram

100gb hdd

512 mb ram

boot with -v and post the details..

I have installed JaS 10.4.7 as well. I have commented on this previously myself as well.

 

I have Sapphire x1600pro video card. If I install x1600 support then I get the blank screen as well.

 

If I install with no x1600 support then I can get into OSX but my video card is only seen as "VGA compatible" and resolution is stuck at 1024x768. For some reason I can't get my video card 'seen' or working properly to fullest - no matter what I try to do with borisbadenov methos.

 

So do not select x1600 support.
