carlolaitano
After who knows how many attempts at installing Lion I was able to do it successfully with everything working (but sleep). I tried just about everything and found the only formula I could get working myself. Long story short: I decided to clean my drive and removed Snow Leopard but couldn´t boot into Iatkos L1 no matter what I tried. After some frustration I decided to re-install SL. Once I did I tried to boot into iAtkos L1 and somehow it worked. I was able to installed Lion in another partition to be safe. When I saw it was all working.. I deleted the SL partition and boom... I couldn´t boot into Lion anymore. What I ended up doing is having both SL and Lion installed in the same disk with different partitions and it works fine. What I need to know is how to remove my SL partition without removing the ability to boot into Lion. Info: I used iAtkos L1, updated to 10.7.2 with combo and used ##### to install drivers and chimera. Asrock G31M-S motherboard, Core 2 Duo 1.79GHz, 4GB Ram, Evga g-force 8800GT 1GB. andremares
I have that same problem. Only way I could get LION going was to install Leopard on a partition. Your Lion partition has to have a bootloader AND be the active partition in order for it to boot.
