Tamed G Posted September 26, 2011 Share Posted September 26, 2011 Fresh install on my Asus G51Jx PM55 GTX 260M Used EFI to boot, Installed Retail 10.6.2, booted no problem. Updated to 10.6.8 Installed [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] 3.9.0 Now on boot in my -v log I always hang up at "PCI Configuration Begin". Added this string to my com.apple.boot.plist Kernel Flags npci=0×2000 Tried installing aty_init.kext. but still just sitting at PCI Configuration Begin. Any help greatly appreciated. Komano Posted October 1, 2011 Share Posted October 1, 2011 Definitely something to do with Graphics. More information needed. Do you have GraphicsEnabler enabled? What version of Chameleon are you using? The GTX 260M Should be supported by Chameleon. (I am guessing) How about bios settings? Anything to do with Graphics there?
