Hello

I have downloaded chameleon to my iMac. My goal is to put OSX onto a Nobilis laptop. I am not sure what to do next.

Do I burn the entire Chameleon folder as an ISO image to a cd and boot to it from the Nobilis?

Also note that the current OS of the Nobilis is Ubuntu. Would this be helpful at all in the installation?

maybe

we need more specs of your computet. model number etc.

installing cham is normally one of the last things to do. most times you download an iso of a Boot CD that has kexts to load the OS install dvd, install, then boot the HDD isntall of OSX with the boot CD and then install cham to the HD once in the new OS.

I cant find ANYTHING by searching Nobilis.

easiest way to do this install is to use a Flash Drive, not a CD, if you want a CD, use Tonymacx86.com ##### disk. as long as your CPU is supported by osx that CD will boot the retail disk. after that you can use the tools from that site to install the bootloader into the Laptop.

Good luck.
