alucard_xs
hi dudes, my OSX86 works great (EP45-UD3R dsdt inside) but my mouse seems to make kernel panic under snwo leopard ... If you wait 5 minutes under leopard, it's like my mouse doesn't work normaly anymore (it's like the left button was always ON), is there something to do ? thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/259737-drunk-mouse/ Share on other sites
ifrit05
Umm... How is that a kernel panic? Are you sure it's not the mouse? Is it a PS2 mouse or a USB mouse? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/259737-drunk-mouse/#findComment-1700459 Share on other sites
Jake52
Yeah, Could the mouse be at fault, Mine is a wireless one and I can tell when the battries are low when it moves by its self and it will not stop when I stop and it will keep going, or it just jitters around the screen, also I can not see how it can kernal panic aswel, unless there are kext files that are related to the the mouse function are broken Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/259737-drunk-mouse/#findComment-1700468 Share on other sites

Its when the computer freezes and says "You must restart your computer..." or if in verbose mode, it actually says Kernel Panic with details. On Windows it's called a BSoD (Blue Screen of Death), Kernel Panic on Unix/Linux, Guru Meditation Error on AmigaOS (renamed to "The Grim Reaper" in OS4), Sad Mac in pre-OS X (OS9 and under), etc. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/259737-drunk-mouse/#findComment-1700570 Share on other sites
