Is there any reason why only JaS gives me this error? JaS Posted August 27, 2006 Share Posted August 27, 2006 well the hotiso version(all hotiso versions other then 10.4.4,thats myzars) is just my version renamed,so i would guess its a bad burn. Gary Coleman Posted August 27, 2006 Author Share Posted August 27, 2006 The disc I/O errors show up when trying to boot the install dvd. When the installer is loaded, it won't see the HD. It should see the HD because it has already been formated to HFS+ and set active from installing 10.4.6 Myzar. I tried burning the dvd again at 4x and still the same I/O error.
