Gary Coleman Posted August 27, 2006 Author Share Posted August 27, 2006 The disc I/O errors show up when trying to boot the install dvd. When the installer is loaded, it won't see the HD. It should see the HD because it has already been formated to HFS+ and set active from installing 10.4.6 Myzar. I tried burning the dvd again at 4x and still the same I/O error.
