Acro_Design Posted April 7, 2012 Author Share Posted April 7, 2012 yes i think thats what it is? mkext the mod cd generated it along with the basic kexts it thought my system needed. there doesn't appear to be any reason why its rebooting like this. obviously its the dsdt thats causing it. Acro_Design Posted April 12, 2012 Author Share Posted April 12, 2012 Im on lion now so i will give it another try. i noticed that i seem to be experiencing a kp after about 3 boots from fresh install. the kp lets me boot but afterwards this kp it messes up my graphics, sets it to unknown. i remain able to change res but get artifacts and alike. not sure what to do really. I have made a New topic that is probably more helpfull to other users with similar systems. it also contains a full log of the boot process.
