ZSamuels28
So I recently installed Mac OSX 10.6.7 via #####, ##### and chameleon on my laptop and have it running pretty flawlessly. I've partitioned my drive for Mac OSX and Windows. How do I install windows so that the windows bootloader doesn't overwrite the chameleon bootloader? Foxic
Chameleon should be on your snow partition, the windows bootloader wont overwrite it but once isntalled you will need to set OS X as the active partition in order to boot to chameleon and then select, rather than booting straight to windows. If you later have to install service packs etc you will need to set windows as the active partition, update, then set OS X as active. I've only had to do this with Win7 SP1 so far though. Download "EasyBCD", google it, think it is now v2.xx. This is a Windows Boot Manager, once downloaded, open it and add Mac OS x boot loader. And that is all you need to do. you can select the default loader too!. Guaranteed to work, I used it.
