Usually, if you are under OS-X 10.6.3 or above, the NVidia driver for GTX 285 is already integrated! I presume you have already installed Chameleon or PC EFI (10.5 or 10.6) boot-loader, are you? Then You just need to inject it. Set Graphic Enabler to "Yes" in your com.apple.boot.plist. That should work for you!
