After much trial and error I was able to clone a vmware 6GB partition over to another 80 GB partition using Carbon Copy Cloner. However, now I believe I am missing several folders at the root directory of the destination partition. At this time I have yet to delete (reformat/erase) the deadmoo image from the source partition. Will it be alright to delete the source partition containing my original deadmoo image? I am not using it anymore due to the fact that when I go through the "chain0 bootloader thingy" it automatically chooses the new 80 GB deadmoo image (which was a pleasant surprise to me since I had no idea how I accomplished this). To reiterate, it no longer takes me to the 6 GB deadmoo image that I was once using.

My worry is that the new deadmoo image on the 80 GB partition is looking back to files it can see on the original 6 GB image partition, and if I were to erase the 6 GB image then my new 80 GB partition will no longer work. I have included a couple of screenshots to show what I am talking about...the first image is the New 80 GB partition. Please advise...Thanks :)
