eisdrachen
Hey Guys, my system (iDeneb v.1.7) hangs on waiting for root device or that AppleVIAATA could not be found or something like that. I installed it now for the fifth time, everytime I got other BIOS-AHCPI Settings. The installation is not the problem, the problem is the boot! My system: Gigabyte UD3H AM3 Athlon 1090T 12GB 1333 RAM GTX 260 250GB HDD Seagate for MAC (GUID-Table formatted) 500GB HDD Seagate for Windows (NTFS) I hope you can help me, it's now the fourth day i work around with this "mess". Thanx alot! eisdrachen

dothacker
push! Please help me Thanx apparently, you dont read the rules: There's no Bumping (and yes, that includes "PUSH") Same concept, just different wording. And did you bother googling for "Still waiting for root device"?
RaymondBotha
First result on Google for "still waiting for root device" fixes it.
