Hey i made this account a while ago and forgot about it. New to the forum and i was wondering if i could get some help. I just wanted to know for sure if this will all work together, i based it off of the compatibility list from the osx86 page.

My parts for first hackintosh

protip 1: read the rules & guidelines, from which you will gather:

protip 2: Don't make posts like this one, instead search/google your hardware & figure out for yourself whether it will work. Then read up on installation methods, pick one & go systematically about it..

protip 3: Don't post again until you've done all of the above, got stuck a couple of times, tried a load of solutions and can give a detailed description of your specific problem that someone might help you with.

Alright to the Admin, thanks. And to the user, P55 yikes? Ugh just trying to get a nice hackintosh but i guess each one will have its problems, suppose i will try to find a different motherboard. Thanks!

Strange? Are you talking about some specific model, or all P55 boards? And what special instructions did you had to follow?

I'm curious because i've installed Retail SL on at least five different P55 and H55 models from Gigabyte and Asus, and never had any problems.

Just use ##### + Retail SL Disk + ##### and you should be set to go!
