Pharos Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 Ok, this is unknown to me. I am completely confused. What the hell... I'm trying to update my Hackintosh with 10.6.5 using the Combo Update. The install will work fine and it will ask me to restart. When I restart, I'm back to 10.6.4! WTF?????????? Software Update will also install it, but when it asks me to restart, it actually just logs me off and then logs me back in, still in 10.6.4, with no reboots! Does anybody know what's the problem here? When I tried the first time, it booted up to the Desktop and then it threw me an error about a font used by OS X had to be fixed... Zeecar Posted November 11, 2010 Share Posted November 11, 2010 I just saw there was an update and was wondering if there was any problems. I installed via iatkos S3 v2 with qoops kernel and updated to 10.6.4 with no problems. Running Time Machine now, just encase.
