Spiritfyre
Hi guys I have an Acer Aspire 5745g-724G64Mn and, when it came with Windows, it had a "Realtek Audio Codec ALC271X" driver for it, but when i look at the System Profiler on Mac OS X, it shows "Intel High Definition Audio" and thats it.... I have tried a range of different kexts, the closest one getting me a permanent hissing sound whenever the machine was powered on, but nothing else has even come close to working... has anyone got any ideas, or been through this and succeeded? Cheers Dronnoc
