Chrisfromiowa
Hello MaLd0n, I've got most of my issues fixed. Someone had said a fan issue was due to the dsdt but in one of the kext's there was a "fan number = 0" tag in the plst file that had caused the problem. Do you know what can cause crash on wake? It goes to sleep but when I wake it up, the cursor will move for a couple of seconds but the clock doesnt work and you cant click on anything, then the screen goes black and I get 4 lines of text regarding the kernel. I've got the wake and force wake selected in chameleon along with the other tags you had told me to do. Thanks Chris also, when you install fakesmc.kext can you remove applesmc? I tried it and then the dsmos kext blocked booting up.

GliTCH82
try itdsdt.GliTCH82.zip MaLd0n, that worked beautifully! Sleep/wake from S3 works great now. I'm so happy. Thanks a lot, really. You're brilliant! I've got a couple of questions, and I don't mind if you really don't have time to answer. You've already helped me and I can't thank you enough. If you can help me with even a nudge, it would be sincerely appreciated: 1. Do I get any other benefits from DSDT that I may not be aware of? How can I find out? 2. My Apple USB keyboard doesn't work in Chameleon, but works fine for everything else. Is this due to USB legacy mode being enabled in the BIOS? Should I disable that? 3. I'm still not getting the right amount of current out of my Apple Keyboard USB hub. To your knowledge, if there was a way to fix this, would it require modifying the DSDT, the kext files, or both? I was in IORegExplorer and I found some hex power values for the Apple Keyboard HUB device. I'd like to know how I can modify those, and where the modification ought to be. 4. My Nvidia graphics card works great with the Graphics Enabler. In principle, however, is there any benefit to switching from that to using EFI strings, or would I get the same results? Is the graphics enabler pretty much automatic EFI injection for Nvidia? Thanks again!
