stargazer418
I don't know if this is what's causing it, but it's usually recommended to remove all but 4GB of ram for the installation.
emresezer
my friend told me that it ll be kernels panic problem.. but i dont know whats that =) pls help help help =)
stargazer418
In a kernel panic, one of two things could happen. In one situation, the screen gets covered up by white text on a black background which describes exactly what went wrong, like a BSoD on Windows. The other thing is a gray box pops up that says "You need to restart your computer..." in 4 languages.

Id honestly say try *IPC 10.5.6 PPF5 Final* or *Leo4All*... Personally IPC is my favourite as it is the only one that worked for me so far... the others take forever to load the installer/never loads sometimes. westwaerts
have you checked your BIOS Settings, Check No Executable status in bios (NX/XD) it should be enabled to make vanilla kernel works, also cpuid limit should be disabled. and hpet should be enabled, if such option exists

mathq
Glad it helped you. Normally, after the 10.6.4 Combo Update, it should boot without these flags. Otherwise, you should do "cpus=6 busratio=25" and it should do the job.
