jangaboo
OSX has been pretty cool but I miss more options to tweak hardware devices (Nvidia control panel to) Wondering if there's an equalizer for audio cards (Mine is a AC888) this is how audio controls would look in windows and they would effect any audio no matter software (I realize some individual software like VLC has their own built in equalizer but would be nice for system wide option)
rukiri
OSX does have equalizers but there worth a pretty penny, but Mac has it's own look and windows has a shiny plastic looking GUI. As for audio cards in OS X, no. But there is Apps for it.

Dellmantt
If you are playing movies in Quicktime there are Bass, treble & balance controls And Itunes (music) there is a 10 band equaliser.
Gringo Vermelho
Wondering if there's an equalizer for audio cards (Mine is a AC888) This looks like it might work the way you want: http://clearlyenigmaticdistantlyjuxtaposed...or-all-mac.html But yes most media players have en equalizer. VLC for example.
