avinash_4_ever
go to system preferences and select mouse and then select sensitivity to the lowest by draggin the slider to the left most position :-) Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/232903-crazy-mouse/#findComment-1554534 Share on other sites
kyh3im
go to system preferences and select mouse and then select sensitivity to the lowest by draggin the slider to the left most position :-) I`ve tried and it doesn`t work. One thing works its deleting graphics enabler in apple.com.boot.plist (also edit to "No"). If I`m installing kext on GPU (one of Nvenabler, Ninject or Natit) then it`s comes back. Also i`ve tried to edit strings but it doesn`t help me too =( Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/232903-crazy-mouse/#findComment-1557760 Share on other sites
flacker
I had a problem similar to this, though without the "turn on your keyboard message", and the problem seemed to be having loaded both the ApplePS2 kext and the VoodooPS2 kexts simultaneously. Might you have a "kext conflict" like this? You might try System Profiler to see what kexts are loaded. You would then have to disable one or the other to rectify it. I use applePS2 (or appleP2 v2(32 bit only)) kext from (customize menu in install loader) I`ve tried to delete all posable GPU kexts even ATI Problem has even if I installs SnowLeo without kexts on GPU so mouse lags anyway untill i cut apple.boot.plist Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/232903-crazy-mouse/#findComment-1557769 Share on other sites
flacker
Well why don't you just try the Voodoo equivalents? Move the ApplePS2 do a different folder, or re-name it with a "bak" extension, say, to disable it. Find VoodooPSController, which should also contain *Trackpad and *Keyboard, and install it to see what happens. You also need, I'm pretty sure, AppleACPS2Nub for the Voodoo Stuff to work. I don't believe that your graphics drivers are involved with this problem. I deleted AppleACPS2Nub and ApplePS2 (witch I installed from CD) so it didn`t work =( Once, somehow I installed MacOS without any problem, my graphicsEnabler was "ON" and my GPU`s kexts was installed too(I don`t remember what I changed maybe I didn`t it ) This is all kexts witch lie on my install CD | +-o System | | |-Base Package | | |-Rosetta | | |-X11User | | |-Tools | | | | | +-o Chameleon Loader | | |-Chameleon RC4 PC-EFI 10.5 (asereBLN) | | |-Chameleon RC4 PC-EFI 10.6 | | |-Chameleon RC5 Pre11 Recursor's | | |-Chameleon 2 PC-EFI 10 | | |-Chameleon 1 PC-EFI 9.4 | | | | | +-o AMD Patch (BETA) | | | | | +-o ChipSet | | |-Intel AHCI | | |-ApplePXIIATA | | |-Nforce ATA | | |-Super Nforce ATA | | |-VIA ATA | | |-Super VIA | | |-JMicron ATA | | |-MB36x SATA | | | | | +-o Video Card | | |--Intel | | |-GMAX950 | | |-GMAX3100 | | |-GMAX3500 | | |-GMAX4500 | | |--Nvidia | | |-Natit | | |-NVEnabler | | |-NVInject | | |--ATI | | |-ATI Init | | |-EvoEnabler | | |-ATI Redeon HD | | | | | +-o Network Card | | |--LAN | | |-BCM440X | | |-BCM5785 | | |-Intel 82566M | | |-NforceLan | | |-RTL 8139 | | |-RTL 8169 | | |-AppleYukon2Injector | | |-AttansicL1eEthernet | | |-AttansicL1Ethernet | | |-Intel Pro100 | | |-ViaRhine | | |--Wifi | | |-Realtek R1000 | | |-Atheros AR5005 | | |-Atheros AR5007 | | |-Marvel Yukon | | |-AtherosWifiAdapter | | |-D-LinkDWL-G520 | | | | | +-o Audio Card | | |-VoodooHDA | | |-HDA Enabler | | |-LegacyHDA | | |-AppleAzalioAudio | | |-AppleAC'97 | | | | | +-o System Patches | | |-DSDT Patcher-GUI | | |-FakeSMC | | |-NullCPUPM | | |-PlatformUUID | | |-Sleep Enabler | | |-ApplePS2 | | |-USB Patch | | |-IOATAFamily K.P. kyh3im
[OFFTOPIC] I would love a really sensitive mouse thanks for telling me how to make it really quick I think just buy a 7600Gs GPU by Nvidia Also I`ve tried to install 10.6.1 -2 by Hazard and this didn`t give me any effect, but once I installed 10.5.2 by Kallyway and it works fine (no lags I mean) Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/232903-crazy-mouse/#findComment-1558599 Share on other sites
