someone could help me, please?

i've this configuration:

CM Stacker STC-T01SR02, Enermax ATX EG 495AX-VE, DFI LANPARTY UT NF4 ULTRA-D, AMD64X2 4400+, Zalman CNPS7000B-Cu, 4x Corsair DDR 512 XMS-PC3200 CL2, 2x WD Caviar SE 250GB SATA2 RAID0, 2x IBM 180GXP 120GB 8MB, Sapphire ATi Radeon X1900XT 512MB, Arctic Cooling Accelero X2 , NEC ND4571 Black, NEC ND2500A Black, AeroCool Cool Panel 2 Silver, Logitech Internet Navigator Keyboard Black, Logitech MX500, HITACHI CML174SXWB Black LCD 17", JBL Invader 4.1

i've installed the 10.4.6 Hotiso in VMWare following the step-by-step i've found and everithing went fine.

so i've burned the iso, disabled keyboard and mouse usb support and rebooted.

if i don't choose any option i see a grey screen with a four language message saying that i sould restart the pc.

if i choose advanced option with "-v" the installation stops here:

USBF: 34.980 AppleUSBUHCI: controller reset failed

panic (cpu caller 0

i've also tried with "-x -s -v" options but i've got same error...

someone could help me, please????

- tried disabling USB in the bios?

- are you installing on raid or IDE?

- are you installing on primary or logical partitions?

- have you read all the problems and solution for your motherboard?

- i've disabled usb mouse and keyboard support. if i disable usb support i have another error

- the partition is on the pata (=ide) drive, but i can't even choose the partition, it hangs before that

- i'm new to the forum: there's a topic about the dfi ultra d? i've read the HCL and seems that my mobo is "fully" supported.

Which installation options did you press???

Did you install the 10.4.6 update during installation???

Try without the update and it will install 10.4.4 this works on a lot more machines

"Quicker boot-time, a lot More hardware working, Less problems"

Try disabling on Legacy USB support?

So you can't start the installer? I just press any key when the DVD boots up, should take you through the boot process to the grey apple screen and then into the installer. Or is it erroring on its way to the installer?

Unplug everything except for DVD, HDD, KB and mouse.

i've disable almost everything but the installer start and hangs with the message i've posted before.

now i'm trying the "semi-native" installation (install under vmware but with fisical and not virtual disk), but i'm having problem in the "disk utility" when i must choose wher to install the os: i try to initialize the partition but osx says that it can't read the partition table...

so i'm stuck again!
