consume
I bought the Asus U52F-BBL5 Laptop and have finally(after hours of reinstalling) have gotten iatkos v7 to boot. However there are a few things that aren't working. For starters, wifi doesn't work (are there any drivers for the intel WiFiLink 1000 BGN pci card? And most importantly, i can only get the resolution of 1024x768. How do i know which video driver i need? Do i have an Intel GMA 950? It's also got 64mb of shared memory so i assume i wont be able to use ci/qe but i still want to get my native resolution of 1366x768. When booting off the iatkos disk it says i have an intel ironlake xxx integrated graphics card. Oh and another big issue, when selecting intel gma 950 from the iatkos customizatio list, the install finishes but continues to reboot at "starting darwin x86.." The install boots fine (with busratio=20 -v -cpus=2) when i dont select any graphics kexts...so what do i do? Gringo Vermelho
It's not the "helpful forum"s fault that you don't know what hardware you have. Install and run LSPCI on your hackintosh and post the output here.
