1. Intel HD Graphics / GMA 5700

I don't have anything to add but i've been watching this thread since the beginning and i'd just like to know, is it at all possible to get the native 1366x768 resolution yet?
2. Intel HD Graphics / GMA 5700

I'll be the first to say it: OMGHOW?
3. Intel HD Graphics / GMA 5700

No. Also is it safe to say that native resolution + qe/ci will never be avalible for gma hd 5700 laptops? I don't have anything to contribute but i lurk this thread everyday only to see nothing progressing. And i don't mean that in a rude way, it's just that from what i can tell, all attempts lead to a dead end.
4. My pc goes to sleep, and when i try to wake it, the screens off. So naturally i reboot, but it tells me "overclocking failed!" I have a q6600 and in the bios the fsb was now set to 531...wtf? Is anyone else getting weird problems like that?
5. Lion DP2 - Double KP w/X58A-UD3R/UD*

Are you using the boot file netkas put on his site? Becuase i was getting a double kp as well with it. I still haven't found a fix so i'm using #####/XPC
6. OSInstall Problem - Lion DP2

It's the bootloader you're using thats causing issues, try another one.
7. Panic at Installation Boot

I had the mbr start issue. You MUST remove the drive after its done being formatted. You cant skip that step. Removing the drive, plugging it in and THEN copying over the files fixed the issue for me.
8. Yup, totally possible. I spent the last few days figuring this out.But you DO need a previous install of osx on your hackintosh. Here's some ways to do that first with only windows and no burner hardware : (I couldn't get this method to work but you can try it) 1.) Download EasyBCD 2.) Go to "Add new entry" 3.) Find the ISO Boot tab 4.) Select your osx iso and try booting into it from the windows BCD Now that seems all fine and simple but i was getting the infamous "Still waiting for root device" error Here's the method that i actually got working Installing leopard/snowleopard first from usb with only windows 7 For this you need two flash drives and a valid osx iso 1.) Open up CMD(command prompt) and type in diskpart and type this in : list disk (find the disk number your flash drive here(in this tutorial i'll use x as my drive letter)) sel disk x clean create partition primary id=af assign exit 2.) Now notice that i didn't format it. I was having issues formatting to fat32 then using the leopard helper tool 3.) Now open the leopard helper tool. It's critical that you do everything in this order : 1.) Click the 3 dots at the top to find your Leopard/Snow Leopard iso 2.) Uncheck the checkmark box next to the drive selection list 3.) Uncheck the boot.ini (this will also remove the pci efi thing) 4.) Find your drive (at this point the button next to the drive selection should no longer be grayed out) 5.) Click the button next to the drive selection. (Doing this should result in the program saying "Dumping to driver" And it "should" freeze. When it's done it will unfreeze 4.) Now with that done, you'll need to download the ##### formatter tool which i've attached at the bottom 1.) Navigate to the ##### Setup Tool (For Windows) and run it. 2.) Run the formatter. You need to unplug it after the format or else you will get stuck at the MBR Start! screen 3.) Plug it back in and drop the contents of the "Use these to boot lion install" at the bottom 4.) Boot your PC with priority to the USB drive that you used the ##### formatter tool on 5.) Select the USB drive with the Leopard/Snow Leopard iso on it Now to install OSX Lion 5.) After you've installed Leopard/Snow Leopard, you can now restore the "BaseSystem.dmg" within the osx lion dmg to a physical hard drive or flash drive. 6.) Afterwards you can use the ##### formatted usb stick to boot into the drive with the lion materials on it then just intsall. Like any other guide sure you'll run into issues. Here's a few I had 1.) Leopard hd tool wasn't restoring my snow leopard iso to the flash drive and would tell me everything failed. Make sure you follow my steps exactly as i posted it and you shouldn't run into any issues regarding the hd helper tool 2.) When trying to boot into #####, i got a few errors 1.) MBR Start! 2.) brr ert! 3.) Weird screen showing my motherboard 4.) Black screen with frozen cursor For 1, make sure you remove the drive after formatting, and if that still doesn't fix the issue, you must go into your bios and find the "Serial address" option. Change it from whatever it's set to to "disabled" For 2, i got this error because i forgot to copy the EFI and efidlr20 files to the drive after the format For 3, I'm not sure, but i think it's got something to do with acpi being disabled in your bios. For 4, make sure you are using a PS/2 keyboard and press D and U a few times for the bootloader to appear (it's changing the resolution) 3.) After booting into osx lion, after the language screen, it says it cannot be installed on my computer. Make sure you are using the efi and efidlr20 files i provided to avoid this Use_these_to_boot_into_lion_install.zip iBOOT__1_.zip
9. Panic at Installation Boot

Since this forum is basically dead and the remaning members don't like helping, i'll help you out. I too was having the error where the installer told me it couldnt install macosx, but i found a modified ##### bootloader that works. Hope this helps. If you get a black screen after MBR Start! You have to press D or U a few times on your keyboard. Also, i couldnt get a usb keyboard to work with this bootloader so i had to use a PS/2 one. Also if you cannot see your drives in disk utility you might need to go into your BIOS and change the hard drive mode to ACHI. And you do that, your windows partition wont boot again until you change it back to IDE.
10. No problem, i'm here to help (cant say the same about most members around here though...)
11. I had the exact same problem. When installing, you need to select the modified kernel qpooz 10.3.0. Then after install, typing busratio=20 should boot the system for you.
12. So i installed snow leopard onto my ASUS U52f-BBL5 notebook only to find that there are no drivers for it's Intel GMA HD integrated graphics card (or it's WiFi Link 1000bgn wireless card). But my main problem is that i'm stuck at 1024x768. Is there anyway to get it's native resolution (1366x768) even without drivers?
13. Device ID : 0x0046, Revision : 0x0012....etc

Man...this forum is so helpful.
14. I bought the Asus U52F-BBL5 Laptop and have finally(after hours of reinstalling) have gotten iatkos v7 to boot. However there are a few things that aren't working. For starters, wifi doesn't work (are there any drivers for the intel WiFiLink 1000 BGN pci card? And most importantly, i can only get the resolution of 1024x768. How do i know which video driver i need? Do i have an Intel GMA 950? It's also got 64mb of shared memory so i assume i wont be able to use ci/qe but i still want to get my native resolution of 1366x768. When booting off the iatkos disk it says i have an intel ironlake xxx integrated graphics card. Oh and another big issue, when selecting intel gma 950 from the iatkos customizatio list, the install finishes but continues to reboot at "starting darwin x86.." The install boots fine (with busratio=20 -v -cpus=2) when i dont select any graphics kexts...so what do i do?
15. How to delete Chameleon?

I think all you'd have to do is delete the boot file on the root of the drive.
